This beautiful Avalon home sits high on Wrigley Road and has sweeping ocean views from almost every room in the house. It was restored in the late 80's to early 90's by Martin Curtin, owner of the Catalina Island Inn.

He put it up for sale and the current owners, the Albert's, planned to purchase it. But before they could say "sold", it was... to someone else. Heartbroken, the Albert's still continued to come to Avalon frequently and five years later they meet the Wilson's, who were selling the very home the Albert's loved so much. This time they said "sold" right away and have been living there very happily ever since. Betty Albert said "Hold fast to your dreams, they really can come true." We sure hope so Betty!!!
