The City of Avalon's Recreation Department is now taking appointments for the Utility Payment Assistance Program EAF. In this program United Way partners with Southern California Edison to make a pledge towards electric and gas bills of those who meet income guidelines.
Appointments may be made for any time Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am - 12 noon, and applicants only need to bring in income verification and their most recent utility bill. Please call the Recreation Department at 510-0220 ext.400 for more information or to make an appointment.
