1930 Baywatch Cabrillo  Helo Ops with USCG 6504.

1614  Baywatch Cabrillo  Respond to Ocean Rescue, Boat distress 12' outboard with 6 pob, 1/4 mile SE from point Fermin, vessel towed to Cabrillo launch ramp and released.
1920 Baywatch Avalon Respond to EMS call, False activation of Life-Alert. No patient.

9/10
1722  Baywatch Cabrillo  Respond to Ocean Rescue,  Windsurfer rescue off Cabrillo beach, victim released to LG131 off Cabrillo HQ.
2055 Baywatch Isthmus    Respond t EMS call, with medical complaint. Patient treated then pronounced by base physician.

9/11
0935  Baywatch Isthmus Respond to Ocean Rescue,  Emerald Bay for report of vessel hitting reef. On scene, 34' S/B struck reef and not taking on water. Deckhand over to check out, obvious cracks in hull near keel bolts no water in bilge. Bottom check, keel has been moved. Owner advised to get to boat yard. 
1643 Baywatch RedondoD Respond to Ocean Rescue Boat on the Beach at Dockweiler 41
1730  Baywatch Isthmus Respond to EMS call,  Still alarm at Baywatch office, female medical complaint. Patient assessed treated and transported to local Hospital for follow up care.

1206 Baywatch Isthmus Respond to EMS call, Crew responded to Two Harbors Admin Offices for a male with medical complaint. Patient assessed, treated and transported to local Hospital for follow up care.

1046 Baywatch Isthmus/Baywatch Avalon Respond to EMS call, male with medical complaint and possible trauma.  PT transported to local Hospital via Baywatch Isthmus, Baywatch Avalon.

9/14
0046 Baywatch Isthmus Respond to EMS call Female with trauma. Chipped tooth. Released at scene.
1152 Baywatch Redondo,  Baywatch Cabrillo, Respon to Ocean rescue 53' power vessel with 7 POB partially sinks off Palos Verdes Point. Baywatch Cabrillo transports crew to MDR. Baywatch Redondo attempts to tow vessel to King Harbor. Vessel sinks 1 mile off Torrance Beach . Vessel Assist to start salvage Monday at 0600.
