Fresh local Catalina lobsters are on the menu at two prime establishments in Avalon - Mi Casita Authentic Mexican Restaurant and El Galleon Restaurant & Karaoke Lounge. El Galleon features a LOBSTERFEST menu with Whole Lobster ($36.95) or Half a Lobster and Steak Dinner ($34.95). The Lobsters are prepared with a shrimp stuffing and broiled to perfection. At Mi Casita savor the flavors of Puerto Nuevo style Lobster ($36.95) at FESTIVAL de LANGOSTA.  A traditional Mexican style of preparation, the lobster is deep fried locking in its natural juices making it the most flavorful lobster you will ever enjoy.  The meal is served with Chips & Salsa, choice of Caesar Salad or Soup, Refried Beans, Mi Casita Rice, Fresh Roasted Corn with Fresh Lime Juice and Cayenne Pepper, and a choice of Flour or Corn Tortillas.
