Sunday Bible Fellowship Service for May 11, 2008
Posted: Monday, May 05, 2008 - Pastor Jason Gant
This Sunday, May 11th at 10:00 AM, Pastor Jason Gant hosts a special Bible Fellowship Service on the upper deck of 344 Sumner Avenue, continuing a study of the Gospel of John, Chapter 6. Jesus rested with His disciples near the Sea of Galilee and saw a large crowd of over 5,000 men coming toward Him near the end of the day. Having compassion on them, Jesus miraculously feeds the entire crowd with only five small loaves of bread and two fish. But the following day, having had their fill, the crowd returns for more free bread! Jesus uses this opportunity to teach them (and all of us) that HE is the true "bread of life." "I am the living bread which came down from heaven," He tells them. "If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. For the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world." Join us this Sunday and learn how your eternal rest in heaven can be assured through a personal relationship today with Jesus Christ, the "bread which came down from heaven," to give each of us everlasting life!

Sunday Bible Fellowship Service for May 4, 2008
Posted: Tuesday, April 29, 2008 - Pastor Jason Gant
This Sunday, May 4th at 10:00 AM, Pastor Jason Gant hosts a special Bible Fellowship Service on the upper deck of 344 Sumner Avenue, continuing a study of the Gospel of John, Chapter 5. Jesus heals a man who had been sick for 38 years. Because Jesus had healed the man on the Sabbath, our day of rest, the Jewish leaders sought to kill Him. They were adhering to the belief that a strict following of the Law and the doing of good works brought you into favor with God. Jesus, however, teaches us that being a member of a particular religion, attending church on Sunday, or just doing "good works" alone doesn't save you. Only a personal, spiritual relationship with God from your heart will assure you of your salvation. And now, this loving, forgiving, and living God is waiting for your answer! Join us this Sunday and learn how your eternal rest in heaven can be assured through a personal relationship today with Jesus Christ, a relationship that began with an empty tomb on the most important morning in history!
