The weekend of September 26-28th will feature three Blues-tastic days of top-name entertainment, highlighting Grammy award winners Jonny Lang and Buddy Guy.

The island comes alive when the festival kicks off Friday, September 26th with the entertaining Blues Walk throughout Avalon. The fun continues on Saturday afternoon with a free outdoor concert in the center of town. Taking the stage in the Casino Ballroom on Saturday evening is the headline entertainment of Jonny Lang and Buddy Guy. These giants of the blues scene belt out the best blues music in the world in the Casino's intimate and unique art deco setting. 

The Catalina Island Blues Festival concludes on Sunday with a free concert on the lawn of the oceanfront Descanso Beach Club with Michael John and the Bottomline. The concert begins at noon until 5pm in front of the gorgeous seaside backdrop of ocean waves and shimmering sand.
